From spring last year we have raised two hives of bees on our rooftop garden to help the pollination of our wild flowers and to increase local biodiversity. We produce our own honey, which is available for purchase and used in our menus where possible.
We are currently in discussion with ‘Bankside Urban Forest’ an initiative put together by Better Bankside to transform the network of streets and spaces across Bankside, to help us develop our gardens further.
